Refund Policy

How payments work: KeepReel.ai uses Stripe as our payment processor and merchant of record. Stripe is the seller of record on your transaction and is responsible for billing, tax collection and remittance globally, and refunds.

Pack purchases: We refund the value of any unused credits at the pack's original per-credit rate, within 14 days of purchase. Credits already consumed are non-refundable. To request a refund, contact support@keepreel.ai with your order details. We will work with Stripe to process your refund.

Subscriptions: Cancel anytime via your account billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; existing credits expire naturally on their 12-month schedule from grant date. Refunds of completed billing cycles are at our discretion and granted only in exceptional circumstances.

Chargebacks and disputes: Stripe handles dispute resolution on our behalf as merchant of record. We honor legitimate disputes. Accounts found abusing the chargeback process may be terminated.

Statutory rights: By completing a purchase and agreeing to the immediate-performance waiver at checkout, you acknowledge that your 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive is lost as soon as any credit is consumed. This policy is in addition to any statutory rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
